Programmer Analyst, Car Account Project, Canadian National Railways (2003-present)
Responsible for programming, unit testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation in a project involving reengineering and development and maintenance. Activities included: clarifying and editing analyst specifications, coding and user acceptance testing, modifications, and final application implementation.
Environment: MVS, TSO/ISPF, DB2, COBOL, MOVE for DB2, Platinum, MVS Scheduler (ESP), Command Center, Lotus Notes, FTP, Syncsort, JCL, Word, Excel, Windows XP, MQ Series.

Programmer Analyst, Bombardier Aerospace, Applications Development (2001-2003)
Performed maintenance support of the Legacy application, and conducted analysis, design, development and implementation of applications. Tasks included: responding to work requests and daily applications maintenance.
Environment: COBOL, Mantis, Easytrieve, CICS, Total (database).

MIS Analyst, Canadian National Railways Application Support (Legacy) (1997-2001)
Responsible for analysis, design, development, testing, maintenance, and implementation of various IT applications including: payroll, human resources, and operational reporting systems. Activities included: project planning; application analysis, design, development, testing; maintenance support, and technical coordinator of an offshore team.
