Contract Letter Samples
Contract Letter - Definition
A contract letter is one that deals with any aspect of any type of contract. The primary purpose of a contract letter is to formalize, in writing, specific terms, conditions and/or requirements with respect to the proper execution of the work specified in the contract.
In reality, there are a wide variety of documents that are typically referred to as "contract letters". To see what those are click here.
Sample Contract Letters
The following sample contract letter templates are real-life examples of three typical contract letters that I took from actual contract situations with which I have been personally involved.
Contract Letter 1.- Request to expedite payments.
Contract Letter 2.- Request for additional information.
Contract Letter 3.- Notification of intent to conduct audit.
Real-Life Contract Letter Templates
The thing that makes the above three contract letter examples different from what you will typically find online is that they are "real-life templates". In other words, they are complete, fully-formatted contract letters, written by professionals for actual real-life situations.
These are NOT your typical fill-in-the-blanks templates. They are complete letters that one can quickly learn from and adapt to fit one's own situation.
When you need to write a contract letter or other contract document, it is always helpful to have some real-life samples that show you exactly how a professional writes a letter for a similar real-world situation.
I have done a lot of research into what contract letter resources are available online and the most impressive collection of real-life contract documents that I have found (by far) are the Contract Packs put out by the Proposal Kit people:
